Retention Program (Monthly, Post-Comeback) Ongoing strategic support after your 4-week program for promotions, lateral moves, or career navigation. Most clients start with the Comeback Program and add this later if needed.

How does the coaching process work?

Sessions are virtual-only. I work with 5-8 clients per month maximum to ensure quality.

What's included in between-session support?

Email access with 48-hour response time during business hours (Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST). This keeps you on track without constant back-and-forth. Text/SMS is reserved for offer negotiations only.

Our weekly sessions are where transformation happens. Email is for strategic questions between calls—not real-time handholding.

How do we communicate during the program?

We meet weekly for structured 1:1 sessions. Between sessions, email me with questions—I respond within 48 business hours (T-F, 10am-5pm EST). Text is reserved exclusively for offer negotiations during business hours.

This structure keeps you focused on implementation rather than second-guessing every move, which is how you get results faster.

What if I have an urgent question outside business hours?

Business hours are Tuesday-Friday (check Google profile for updates), 10am-5pm EST (excluding holidays and closures). If you email outside these hours, I'll respond on the next business day.

For offer negotiations requiring real-time support, text me during business hours only. Most other questions can wait for our weekly session or 48-hour email response.

What happens after the 4-week program?

If you receive an offer within 30 days of completing the program, I'm available for real-time negotiation coaching at no additional cost. This ensures your comeback sticks.

After that, you can continue with:

  • Retention Program (monthly ongoing support)

  • Clarity Hour (as-needed strategy sessions for specific decisions)

Most clients complete the 4 weeks, land their offer, then decide if ongoing support makes sense.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients see interview requests in 4-6 weeks and offers in 4-8 weeks, with 15-40% salary increases.

Results depend on your effort—clients who do homework, apply feedback, and stay committed get results fastest. If you're not willing to do the work, we're not a fit.

Is this virtual or in-person?

All sessions are virtual via Zoom. No in-person options.

What happens after the 4-week program ends?

If you receive an offer within 30 days of completing the program, I'm available for real-time negotiation coaching at no additional cost. This includes offer letter review, negotiation strategy, scripting, and live support during salary discussions.

This isn't an upsell—it's included in your enrollment because your comeback isn't complete until you've closed at the right number. I don't leave you hanging at the finish line.

Most salary negotiation coaches charge $750-$1,200 for this service. It's part of your program.

What if I get an offer during the 4 weeks instead of after?

Even better. If you receive an offer while we're still working together, we immediately shift focus to negotiation strategy and offer review. You're not waiting—we handle it in real-time.

What does "real-time negotiation support" actually mean?

It means when you get that offer letter, you're not Googling "how to negotiate salary" or panicking about what to say. You text or email me, and we:

  1. Review the offer together (base salary, bonus structure, benefits, equity)

  2. Identify what's negotiable and what's not

  3. Script your counter-offer or response

  4. Role-play the negotiation conversation if needed

  5. Support you through the back-and-forth until you sign

You're not doing this alone.

Is the 30-day support only for salary negotiation?

Primarily, yes. It's designed to help you close your offer at the right number. But if you have questions about evaluating multiple offers, understanding benefits packages, or navigating competing timelines, I'm available for that too.

Think of it as: once you get to the offer stage, I'm your strategic partner until you sign.

What if I don't get an offer within 30 days?

Then we reassess your strategy together (no additional cost for this check-in). We'll look at what's working, what needs adjustment, and whether you need additional support through the Retention Program or a Clarity Hour.

Most clients land offers within 4-8 weeks of completing the program, so the 30-day window covers the majority of cases.

Can I extend the 30-day support if needed?

The 30-day post-program support is included in your enrollment. If you need ongoing support beyond that, you can continue with the Retention Program (monthly) or book Clarity Hours as needed.

But for most clients, 30 days is more than enough time to land and negotiate their offer.
